Well, I ordered what I thought was an Xtelary branded product, the site, the pictures, all said Xtelary, and I got a Dukwin. Dukwin is a good product, I have a few of them, but the reason I wanted to try an Xtelary was because for this particular layout with the Dukwin, it tips forward when it opens. It's a common complaint that I've seen in the reviews. However, the reason I didn't return it and put of a stink, was because I've tried others in the 12 +6 and I didn't like them at all. I returned them, they were lousy, plus more expensive. I could say there was a bait and switch going on here, but for the price, I'll live with the tipping forward, when the door is open. Although, you should address that design flaw.
